Reciprocity is an agreement between colleges and/or universities that addresses the use of one institution’s career services by students and alumni of another institution. Reciprocity may be useful for individuals seeking a job in another city.

The majority of colleges and universities offering reciprocity have some limits as to what services are available. Campus interviews, for example, are rarely offered to non-students/non-alumni. Most institutions offer some services free of charge, while many institutions charge a fee for certain services.
