Beginning on July 1, departments may begin posting their Fall, Work-Study jobs to the UCS website: www.career.uh.edu. Posted jobs will be available for students to view beginning August 1.

Faculty/staff workshops addressing the job posting and hiring process have been scheduled during the month of July and August. Attendance is mandatory for a representative from each department requesting a student worker and for new information on procedures and policies. Click here for workshop details.

When you are ready to post your position(s), log on to the UCS website. From the main page, click on "College Work-Study." Your User Name and Password are both the same: your last name followed by the last three digits of your Employee ID number. This number may be found on your Earnings Statement. Once you have logged in, click on "College Work-Study" and follow the prompts.
