UCS Internship Services

University Career Services offers an Internship Services geared to assisting currently enrolled University of Houston students in all phases of the internship search.

To participate in the UCS Internship Services, please complete the following two steps:

Download and complete the UCS Internship Services Profile (Microsoft Word Document / PDF), and
Schedule an initial appointment with Priyanka Raut, Internship Coordinator, by submitting the appointment request form (required login).

An Internship is a supervised pre-professional LEARNING experience, where students apply their skills and knowledge in a professional setting. This experience is directly related to a student’s major or career interest and offers a preview of what work in their chosen profession will be like.

Internships are:

Part-time or full-time
Available in the fall, spring, summer and / or a combination
Paid or non-paid
Eligible for academic credit when work content meets academic department requirements and eligibility
May require classification, academic major and / or GPA requirements to participate
